A free bank statement analyzer that never uploads your statement
Klaizon is a free bank statement analyzer: attach the CSV or OFX file your bank lets you download and ask where your money went. It shows income, spending and net by month, spending by category, your largest payments, every charge that repeats, and can build a budget spreadsheet with live formulas. The statement is read inside your own browser and never sent to our server.

What does it tell me?
- Where the money went: income, spending and net for each month, with any month you spent more than came in marked.
- Spending by category: groceries, dining, rent, utilities, subscriptions, transport and more, with transfers between your own accounts left out so nothing is counted twice.
- Repeating charges: subscriptions and bills that hit at a regular gap, with roughly how much each costs a year.
- Any search: “everything at Amazon”, “every charge over $200”.
- A budget workbook: an Excel file with your transactions and totals written as formulas, so changing a category updates every total.
How do I get the file from my bank?
- Sign in to your bank's website and open the account.
- Find “Download” or “Export transactions” and choose CSV (or OFX/QFX, the Quicken format).
- Attach it in Klaizon and ask: “Where did my money go?” or “What subscriptions am I paying for?”
Klaizon recognises the usual column layouts, including separate debit and credit columns and card exports that list purchases as positive numbers, and it tells you which sign rule it used.
Is it safe to put my bank statement in an AI?
With Klaizon the statement itself is read by code running in your own browser. The totals and lists are worked out on your device, and the file is never uploaded or stored by Klaizon. Klaizon is not connected to your bank and can't move money, pay bills or cancel anything.
Does it give financial advice?
No. It reports what your files say: the numbers, the patterns, the uncategorised payments it couldn't place. Whether to cancel a subscription or change a budget is your decision. A charge that looks monthly is a pattern in the data, so confirm it before cancelling anything.
Questions people ask
- Is there a free bank statement analyzer online?
- Yes. Klaizon analyses bank and credit-card exports (CSV, OFX, QFX) for free, with no account.
- Can AI find my subscriptions?
- Klaizon lists every charge that repeats weekly, monthly or yearly at a regular gap, with its typical amount and a yearly total. Confirm each one before cancelling.
- Does Klaizon upload my bank statement?
- No. The file is read and analysed in your browser and is never sent to or stored on Klaizon's server.
- Can it read a PDF statement?
- It works best with the CSV or OFX export, which every major bank offers. A PDF statement can be read as text in the chat, but the category totals and workbook need the export.
